With our printers synched via Bluetooth to our iPads and tablets, onsite labels, badges or bag tag labels can be printed onsite in full color with an event logo. Also, any new guest or replacement guest can have a name badge produced quickly at check-in. Or if any guest name is misspelled, a correction can be made in Event Hub and the corrected name badge or label prints in seconds. Amazing!

In a few seconds, guests can check themselves in by only entering 3 letters of their last name. Guests are able to enter their email address so your organization could stay in touch with your supporters. Guests can also receive a text message to remotely check-in on their phone so they know where to go when they arrive. Event Hub also displays table assignments, hole assignments or any other guest custom field that is necessary.

With Event Hub’s Virtual Auction feature, guests text-to-bid while being able to view all auction items conveniently on their mobile devices and from anywhere. Bidders receive a text message when they have been outbid encouraging them to bid again, increasing engagement and revenue.

During traditional silent auctions, bidders may forget to return to the table or miss that they’ve been outbid. Event Hub solves this by offering text alerts so they can continue bidding instantly from anywhere at the event or even remotely.
